Shipping + Delivery

At Amsterdam Dreams, we work hard to ensure your products arrive quickly and in perfect condition.

Here’s what you need to know:

Shipping Costs

• Free shipping on all orders over €100
(Valid within Spain only)

Delivery Times

• Mainland Spain: 24–48 hours
• Balearic Islands & Canary Islands: 24–48 hours
• Ceuta & Melilla: 48–72 hours

We currently ship exclusively within Spain.

Packaging

All orders are shipped in plain, unbranded packaging to ensure your privacy. No one will know what’s inside — unless you tell them.

Shipping Confirmation

You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order is dispatched. If you have any issues or delays, feel free to email us at info@amsterdamdreams.com and our team will assist you.

Order Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Shipping Responsibility

Once your order has been shipped, we are not responsible for delays, lost packages, or issues caused by the shipping carrier.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.

Shipping Restrictions

We currently ship orders within Spain only. As the merchant, we are responsible for ensuring that all products comply with the applicable laws and regulations in each jurisdiction where we operate or to which products are shipped.

Failed Deliveries

If a package is returned to us due to failed delivery attempts or an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.

Shipping times may vary slightly during peak periods or due to unforeseen circumstances, such as local holidays or carrier delays.
