Refund policy

Returns

Our returns policy is valid for 7 days from the date of delivery.

If more than 7 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition in which you received it, and in its original packaging.

To complete your return, we require proof of purchase (receipt or invoice).


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll send you an email to confirm we have received your return. We will also inform you whether your refund has been approved or rejected.

If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original method of payment (e.g., credit card) within approximately 7 business days.


Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

1. First check your bank account again.

2. Then contact your credit card company — it may take a few business days before your refund is officially posted.

3. Next, contact your bank — processing times may vary depending on your institution.

Sale items

Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds.

Unfortunately, sale items or promotional bundles cannot be refunded.


Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

Return Shipping Address


To initiate a return, please contact us first at info@amsterdamdreams.com.
We will provide you with the correct return address and instructions.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery if your order arrives damaged or incorrect.

 

Order Cancellation


Orders can only be cancelled before they are processed and shipped. Once shipped, they cannot be cancelled.

 

Shipping Responsibility


We are not responsible for delays or issues caused by shipping carriers once the order has been dispatched.

 

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the conditions outlined above.
