Shipping Costs

Free shipping on all orders over €50

(Only valid within mainland Europe)


Delivery Times

Mainland Spain & Andorra: 24 – 48 hours

Balearic Islands & Canary Islands: 24 – 48 hours

Ceuta & Melilla: 48 – 72 hours

Portugal: 24 – 72 hours

Rest of Europe: Coming soon — for now, please contact us directly for international inquiries.


Packaging

All orders are shipped in plain, unbranded packaging to ensure your privacy. No one will know what’s inside — unless you tell them.


Shipping Confirmation

You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking info as soon as your order is dispatched. If you have any issues or delays, feel free to email us at info@amsterdamdreams.com and our team will assist you.

 

Order Processing Time


Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

 

Shipping Responsibility


Once your order has been shipped, we are not responsible for delays, lost packages, or issues caused by the shipping carrier.

 

Incorrect Shipping Information


Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.

Failed Deliveries


If a package is returned to us due to failed delivery attempts or incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.
